You may use it to learn about our work, contact us, and, if we have given you access, use the client or crew portal. Do not use it to break the law, to get into an account that is not yours, to interfere with the site or its security, or to copy its content in bulk.
Portal access is personal. Keep your sign-in link and password to yourself, and tell us at info@detroitpictureco.com if you think someone else has used them. A client decides which of its contacts may sign in, and we remove access when asked.
The films, photographs, text, logos and marks on this site belong to us, to our clients, or to the people who licensed them to us. Showing a client's work here does not give anyone else a right to use it. Please ask before reusing anything.
Team, league and brand names on this site belong to their owners and describe past work. No endorsement is implied.
The site and portals are provided as is. We work to keep them accurate and available but do not promise that they always will be. To the fullest extent Michigan law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that Michigan law does not allow to be limited, and nothing here changes a signed agreement.
These terms are governed by Michigan law. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Wayne County, Michigan.
